We cover a 3-day replacement guarantee (without intact box or packet) for physical products sold on Prozesy.com.

Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving delivery.

Refunds are only applicable to canceled order items due to product unavailability.

Requirements for a valid return:

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

The reason for the return must be valid and meet the conditions for acceptance of the refund (see below).

Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer.

Customers are requested to test the product before accepting the product(s).


After confirmation of any order, if the order is canceled by the customer and an online payment has already been made by the customer against that order, Prozesy.com will charge an online gateway transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.

The return/replacement guarantee may not apply under the following conditions:

  • Damage due to misuse of the product
  • Any consumables that are used or installed
  • Underwear, underwear, socks and dresses are free
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Any damage/defects not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the delivered product.
